I think admitting that we are not perfect and don't always do as we think we should in the diet and exercise area is a big first step. But the real breakthrough comes when we decide to stop beating ourselves up when we slip. And we all slip once in a while. Get up, dust off, and get back to the realities of life. LOL! Having an outlet where I can share them and tell stories about them really re-sparked my interest in photography (I do this more on my travel blog - www.zurika.com - than on Veggie Chic, although Veggie Chic has led me to start photographing my food a lot more than I ever did before!).
