Yeah Steve, no holier than …. here. I think admitting that we are not perfect and don’t always do as we think we should in the diet and exercise area is a big first step. But the real breakthrough comes when we decide to stop beating ourselves up when we slip. And we all slip once in a while. Get up, dust off, and get back to the realities of life. LOL!

I like reading your blog because you’re one of the few writers that I’ve read that provides a balanced analysis of a problem and presents BOTH sides of the issue. But now I’ve got another reason to like your blog… your statement: “I am normal in that I sometimes don’t follow my own rules and recommendations.” Few people will admit the obvious. I’d like to tell my kids what you just said, but I don’t think I will…

Interesting list! Thanks for playing along.

I’ve found myself taking more pictures since I started blogging. Having an outlet where I can share them and tell stories about them really re-sparked my interest in photography (I do this more on my travel blog – http://www.zurika.com – than on Veggie Chic, although Veggie Chic has led me to start photographing my food a lot more than I ever did before!).
