It’s Blog Action Day

by Will on October 11, 2007

Next Monday is Blog Action Day for the environment. I think the main idea is for blogs that usually write on other topics to write a post on the environment. As of this morning they have over 10,000 blogs signed up with hundreds more signing up daily.

Everywhere you turn today, something can be found about the environment. Some think this is just a passing phase, brought on by publicity about global warming and concern over our dependence on foreign energy sources. I don’t think it really matters. Yes, some of us have been living and talking about these issues all of our lives, but that certainly does not make the current focus by mass media and groups like Blog Action Day . org any less important. The more voices, the better!

If you are so inclined, add your voice and blog by visiting their site and signing up.

Thanks for your posts for Blog Action Day. Yes, many may think it’s just a phase but me I love to recycle and am trying to help others to try recycled crafts etc. Thanks again for supporting this important day. All our voices help in this cause.
