My mind is at odds as to whether that is a photo or an extremely good oil painting??? I can’t decide…
We used to get wild turkeys in our yard all the time back in New York. People think turkeys are stupid and maybe the domestic ones are, but the wild ones are some of the most alert creatures I’ve ever seen.
Dennis the Vizsla recently posted..buns across the mohawk!!!
Hi Tony – It is a photograph. Yes Dennis they are smart. They are always watching you and seem to react in an intelligent sort of way to any moves you make. Very BIG too. These were at least 3 feet tall.
Aha, some of the colours & textures especially in the background look rather oil painting like
Our local state representative was turkey hunting last year and a tom actually attacked him and he had to use his knife to kill it… Or so the story goes. I have known the fellow for a couple decades and never known him to fabricate. So watch out for those alert turkeys.
They don’t look they have enough meat on them to bother with the oven, Will
