What breeds might I be made up of?

Jack2

Suppose there is a breed called cute, I might be part that.

Jack3

Swimming I am good at, especially when headed back towards dry land.

Jack4

Although I think I prefer this method of water transport.

Jack5

Like I said, there must be a breed called cute.

This week we are looking for help identifying the breed of our new dog. Rescued from the local humane society, he is a big dog in a little dog body and does not seem to have terrier or herding traits to any great extent. He is an amazingly fast runner for his size and has large back leg muscles. He does not so much jump into your lap as he does launch himself like a rocket directly at your chest. He gets along great with our 7 year old lab and our cats. Thanks.

Happy WW!

I cannot help you with the breed, but you are right he is a cutie!!!

So very precious! Not for certain but sort of looks like a flat-coated retriever. http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/flatcoatedretriever.htm
Definitely looks full-blooded LOVE!

Looks as though there might be a smattering of Black lab with the coloring and love for water, but where the the feathers come from maybe some golden crossed with a black who met up with chiaua or dachshund, don’t really know much about little dog breeds.

I’m more of a cat person, but I do tend to melt at the sight of a cute doggie. And this is one cute doggie. I especially like the first photos. Those blues! Nicely done.

Cute! In the swimming picture he has a bit of a cocker spaniel face, but not in any of the others. Maybe a touch of Schipperke?

hi Will,
I don’t know anything about dog breeds, but I would have to say he is Purebred Cute! Those pictures would bring a smile to the face of even the grumpiest of people. Thanks for sharing, and for getting him from the humane society. Cute, cute, cute! ~ Steve

Will, if I’m giving the choice to adopt this cutie, I’ll take it home immediately! Based on the pictures, I assumed that you’re treating this little cutie like your own family member. :)

He is so cute

Oh this doggy is so adorable.
I noticed that Matthew as he is trying to speak, he also imitates animals, especially dogs, it looks so funny.

Will, thanks for sharing, these are really cool photos, especially the first one and the one of him swimming in the water.
