Great picture. It has a wonderful fall feeling, almost like a little pumpkin at first glance!

oohh! this is just lovely! i love the way the natural light focuses on the flower, giving it a very subtle glow… and those antlers hanging down makes the flower look like a very “organic” chime… i love the composition…the color contrast… everything!!!

This shot does remind me of the fall … that summer is nearly finished. The color has a cooler aspect to it, and the flower being almost past the peak of bloom does send out those signals to me.

Enjoying your shots, especially that one of your cat house. I didn’t comment on it in the actual post, but it made me laugh. What a great domain that cat has!

It is a wild lily from a hike a while ago. I did think about waiting until closer to the end of October to use it, but now I will just have to come up with a another one themed for then.
