Sorry – I should have given a size reference. It is about 5 inches in length. But I looked up Beth’s idea of a button hook on Google Images and she must be exactly correct. I have no idea how old the one we have is, but they are still made and sold today. Thanks Beth!
I have no idea but it looks like some kind of tool to use while making crafts. Pulling yard or robe ?
